What currency are rates shown on?

We use euros as our base currency.

I do not have a credit or debit card, can I reserve?

No. There are two ways to pay for your reservation, paying the total reservation or a part of it. In both cases you have to pay with a credit or debit card.

If you decide to pay part of the reservation with credit or debit card, the rest may be paid on arrival in cash to the driver.

When booking the transfer, should I write my flight's arrival time considering the time difference?

You should make your reservation indicating the date and the time of the landing flights in destination and take-off indicated on your air ticket. WITHOUT MODIFICATION. All pick-up times are automatically calculated and they appear confirmed on your voucher.

What types of cards do you accept?

We accept all credit / debit cards. We also accept payments through PayPal.

How do I know that my personal details and my card are safe?

All reservation pages require you to provide us with personal data that is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption. Payments are made at the end of the booking process where you are redirected to PayPal's secure payment page. We never see the details of your card and they are never stored.

Can we book a transfer with baby chair?

Yes. During the booking process, when step 3 arrives you will be able to select the compatible extras for the chosen service. Add baby chairs or backless booster seats that best fit the child's height and weight as well as the number of chairs needed.

A person in our group is traveling in a wheelchair, can we reserve the transfer?

Yes. When making the booking process, when you reach step 2, you can choose the type of car. Select car adapted to people with reduced mobility.

This vehicle is suitable for people traveling in a manual wheelchair and motorized wheelchair.

If you are traveling on a motorized scooter, select a vehicle with sufficient luggage capacity since in this case it is necessary to travel while sitting in the car seat.

We need the vehicle to make more than one stop, how can it be done?

When you make the reservation, in step 3 you will be shown the extras of the service. Choose "extra stop in the same town" and in observations of the data form indicate the place of the extra stop.

How much luggage can I take with me during the transfer?

Each passenger can carry a piece of standard luggage with a maximum weight of twenty kilos (20 kg) and a piece of luggage of up to five kilos (5 kg). The assigned vehicle is suitable for the number of passengers and the hired luggage. Any excess baggage must be declared at the time of booking.


If you travel with special luggage, such as golf sticks and any other sports equipment, you can hire step 3 of the reservation, including this special baggage in your transfer.


In the event that additional vehicles are necessary to transport an excess of undeclared baggage, the passenger must pay for the associated additional costs.

I would like to know what type of vehicle we will travel in.

We do not guarantee the make of the car in which you will travel but we certainly garantee that the vehicle will be of the chosen category, suitable to your needs.

In the event that we do not have any vehicle of the selected category, the service will be carried out with a higher category car at no extra cost to you.

Will the transfer service take us to our address of destination or will it drop us at a given point within the city?

The transfer vehicle will take you straight to your the address you have given us in your reservation except in the event of circumstances beyond our control such as road works, fiestas, etc, which impede vehicles passing, and in which case you will be taken to the closest point that circumstances will allow.

How can I find my vehicle's driver?

Your vehicle's driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals section of the airport with a sign bearing the name of the passenger in whose name you have made the reservation.


What can  I do if I cannot find my driver at the airport?

Use the emergency telephone number (24/7) that has been received with your confirmation reservation.

If the flight is delayed, will the transfer driver wait for us?

Yes. Our drivers check the arrival time of the different flights according to the information made available by the airport.

If your flight has a significant delay, or is canceled, please do inform us as early as possible.

Can you give me a contact number in case there is an incident related to the transfer?

When you make the reservation, you will automatically receive a reservation voucher containing the contact telephone numbers.

Can I bring my pet with me in the transfer?

We admit small pets inside the vehicle as long as they are in a kennel.

In case of medium or large pets, please contact us through our contact page.

Will anyone else travel in the vehicle I have booked?

No. You have reserved a private transfer, and only you, and the people in your group will travel in the vehicle.

I still have not received my confirmation e-mail.

1- Check the SPAM folder of your e-mail management program.

2- Contact us through our contact page. It is very important that you do it from the e-mail address that you indicated when making the reservation.

How can I cancel / modify my reservation?

You can cancel / modify your reservation by writing to the e-mail address indicated on the booking voucher or through our contact page. It is very important that the communication is made from the e-mail address indicated when making the reservation and where you received the voucher and indicate the reservation number.

It is possible that depending on the mode of payment chosen, the cancellation or modification of the reservation has some associated cost.

How can I get an invoice for the service?

You can request the invoice by writing to the e-mail address indicated in the booking voucher or through our contact page. It is very important that the communication be made from the e-mail address indicated when making the reservation and where you received the voucher and indicate the reservation number and the necessary data to make the invoice, and you will receive it as soon as possible.
